Low E Windows
The Alpine 70 and 80 Series Windows meet ENERGY STAR guidelines for energy efficiency.
Low-E helps increase your home's comfort while reducing energy costs throughout the year. Its secret is an undetectable thin metal coating applied to the second surface of the insulated glass unit. According to Southwall Technologies your heating/cooling savings may be as much as 35% with Low-E windows.
In warmer months, Low-E Glass filters long wave radiation reducing heat gain indoors to keep your home cooler. In cooler months, Low-E lets warm solar rays in, while keeping the heat from escaping.

Insulated Siding
CertainTeed's CedarBoard is an ENERGY STAR insulated Vinyl Siding. This product will add R-4 value to your home keeping it wanner in the winter, cooler in the summer and thereby reduce your energy costs and enhance interior quiet. This Green, Energy Star siding is also highly impact resistant and virtually maintenance free.
The CedarBoard is molded from selected cedar boards, designed in a classic wide-board style and strengthened with a custom contoured foam backing. CedarBoards have the look and substantive feel of beautifully crafted wood siding.

Low-E Reflective Insulation
Reflective insulation has been used for sometime in a multitude of applications. For example: Emergency Paramedics use it for emergency blankets, Forest Firefighters use Reflective Insulation to protect themselves from fire storms and NASA uses it to protect our Astronauts. In similar ways we can use this same technology to better protect our homes providing you with greater comfort and reduced energy costs.
The following Low-E products are the only ones of their kind on the market today and are certified ASTM tested, ENERGY STAR, Green building products. They are non-toxic, Class A(1) fire rated, impervious to water, insect resistant and easy to work with and install. Many homeowners and contractors claim anywhere from 10 to 30% savings on their heating and cooling bills.

Low-E Attic Blanket
The Attic Blanket is designed to lay on your attic floor, above your ceiling insulation — much better than added blown insulation, and easier to install. You will experience superior thermal performance with this light weight reflective insulator. Perforated to not trap moisture it will improve the performance of your current insulation. The Attic Blanket is designed to keep your living space cool in summer and warm in the winter.

Low-E Tab Insulation
Designed to use for interior walls, attic ceilings, or anywhere you want to fill wall cavities. Low-E Tab is cut to 16" or 24" on center making for easy installation for residential and commercial applications. Installation does not require special clothing or respirators, which equals safer and quicker installation. The product is hypo¬allergenic and does not promote growth of mold or mildew. R value measured up to R-13 as calculated by Geo Science Ltd.

Water Heater Blanket Class 1(A) fire rated
The Reflective Water Heater Jacket keeps the cold out while reflecting heat back into the heater which means hotter water with less energy and savings month after month. The insulation is only 1/8" thick making it very easy to handle and install. Your energy savings could easily pay for the cost of the kit in a matter of months! Fits gas or electric heaters, contains no fiberglass.

Low-E Insulation
Low-E is the number one selling reflective insulation in the country. Low-E is manufactured using a polyethylene foam core with scrim reinforced double sided aluminum facings. Low-E can be used in all facets of the building industry where conventional insulations are used. It can be used alone or in conjunction with mass insulations for high r-systems. From large commercial buildings to residential homes Low-E can be used to save money on heating and cooling costs. Makes an excellent vapor barrier, superior thermal performance and is flexible and durable. Low-E Insulation is great for either new construction or retrofits.

Low-E SlabShield Insulation
SlabShield insulation was designed specifically for use under concrete slabs. We have also designed a thinner version of SlabShield for lightweight concrete applications. Both products give you a vapor barrier and significant thermal performance in one user friendly product. The products have a layer of closed cell polyethylene foam applied to both sides of a reflective layer. The closed cell foam is a vapor barrier and protects the aluminum from the chemical reaction that would occur with uncured concrete. All you need to apply SlabShield is a razor knife and tape (Tape is necessary for a complete vapor barrier to be achieved). Simply roll the product to the desired length and cut. Compare that to working with 4' x 8' board insulation and you'll soon see the time savings of working with SlabShield. Another difference between SlabShield and the foam boards is its ability to mold itself to the contours of your grade. SlabShield is flexible enough to adjust to the high and low areas helping to create a stronger finished concrete pour. SlabShield also does not crack or crumble when faced with the normal abuses the job site throws at it.

Low-E HVAC Reflective Insulation
Our Low-E Insulation is quickly becoming the insulation of choice for many quality HVAC contractors. Low- E HVAC is constructed of polyethylene foam faced on both sides with aluminum. Used mainly as a duct insulation this product has many benefits for both the installer and the homeowner versus typical duct insulations. Because Low-E is faced on both sides with pure aluminum it has an extremely low e-value (.03) which stops up to 97% of radiant heat transfer. Low-E absorbs absolutely no moisture, so if condensation would occur the insulation will not lose its performance value nor will it mildew or deteriorate. It's totally non¬toxic and there are no adhesives used in its construction, resulting in a clean, fiber free, hypo-allergenic duct wrap.
